As the merchant, you are responsible for fulfilling and shipping your own orders. LGFT provides the storefront, payment processing, and order management dashboard, but you coordinate the physical delivery to your customers.
Payments are processed securely via Paystack. Once an order is completed and clears our brief anti-fraud escrow window, the funds are deposited into your LGFT Wallet. You can then withdraw them instantly to your linked Nigerian bank account.
No. The shop feature is included in your Premium subscription (both Enthusiast and Instructor tiers). We do not charge monthly shop fees or listing fees. You only pay the standard 1.5% Paystack transaction fee when you actually make a sale.
