Identity Verification Data (NIN): If you apply for a Merchant Shop or a Certified Coach profile, we collect your National Identity Number (NIN / vNIN) securely for KYC (Know Your Customer) and anti-fraud verification.
Financial & Transaction Data: App wallet balances, subscription history, and masked payment card details. Actual card processing is handled securely by Paystack; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, app activity, log data, and optional location information for matching you with local gym buddies.

3. How We Use Your Data

To deliver our core services, including tracking fitness goals and rendering social feeds.
To verify merchant and coach identities, ensuring a safe marketplace ecosystem.
To process subscription billing and handle wallet payouts securely.

Payment Processors: We share billing data with licensed payment gateways (e.g., Paystack) to process transactions safely.
Identity Partners: NIN/vNIN data is shared securely with NIMC-accredited identity verification providers solely for the purpose of validating your identity.
Coaches & Merchants: If you purchase a program or item, we share necessary fulfillment details (like your name or shipping address) with the respective coach or shop owner.
Legal Compliance: We may disclose data to law enforcement agencies if required by a valid legal subpoena or court order, or to protect the safety of our community.
